COUNTRY BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER / EGYPT
WorqCompany is a new generation business services company, addressing asset light, small & micro and/or digital businesses. We are building a crossborder network of business services platform and helping new businesses with easy and affordable company formation and operation (office space, tax, finance, marketing, governance, etc.) services backed by digital technology.
As part of our growth strategy we are looking for a Country Business Services Leader.
PRIMARY ROLE:
You will be the first lead and local key men for the prime services.
You will oversee the operations of WorqCompany.
Your job will be to ensure that all aspects of the business operate smoothly.
You will also ensure that WorqCompany operations adheres to all country regulations and cultural guidelines.
You will also develop plans for company growth and improvement of sales and Implement Brand Strategies

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– 5+ years of relevant business experience
– BA degree in Business, Economics or MBA from a top notch university
– Having local Public Accountant Licence or Business Law degree
– Experience in local company formation and business services (accounting, tax, finance and administration)
– Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing & sales channels
– Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
– Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
– Elevated aesthetic and quality standards in line with our brand vision
