- Receive invoices according to the supply plan, review them with the supply order, and complete the required documents
- Receive the goods from the stores in a good condition and packed in their packages and make sure of the validity date.
- In the case of supplying devices, coordination is done with the maintenance department to appoint a specialist engineer and prepare the warranty certificate according to the warranty period specified in the supply order (backup order).
- The goods are supplied to the authorities in good condition according to the plan and priorities and bring a copy of the bill signed and stamped by the customer.
- Coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods to customers.
- Fleet and Transportation department ‘s work planning.
- Determines the timetable for each round trip.
- Periodic inspection of Vehicles to ensure their suitability.
- Analyzing data to assess performance and discover logistical problems
- Communicate with the warehouse manager to ensure that all rounds are released on time.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring
