We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager for our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Cairo, Egypt.
Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a strategic business unit within Home and Building Technologies (HBT). HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient, and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide. HBS specializes in the installation and service of critical building systems, including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Building Automation, Fire, Security and Energy Management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Deliver the sales target and drive growth successfully, year after year
- Own Key Account Management & Territory account management
- Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers.
- Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
- All sales related activity management through the accurate, timely and detailed use of the Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Growth in the form of new opportunities within existing and new accounts – Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization
- Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers’ needs and tailoring solutions to match.

Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience in fire safety business.
- Engineering background.
- Fluent English written and verbal communication.
- Experience of using different data base systems, forecasting, and pipelining.
- Experience of working on Channel Management / Project Management / Key Account Management.
