Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate a robust sales organization by driving best practices and improving overall capabilities.
  • Set, forecast and monitor sales goals.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Translate data into valuable insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Strategize expansion and development of sales territories.
  • Lead by example: provide hands-on, field-oriented guidance exuding energy and passion.
  • Manage and report sales results and market dynamics.
  • Envision and execute a Leadership Development Plan.
  • Oversee the Training Department and play an active role in training activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing Manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ of sales leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluent English Language is a must
