Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate a robust sales organization by driving best practices and improving overall capabilities.
- Set, forecast and monitor sales goals.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Translate data into valuable insights to inform sales strategy.
- Strategize expansion and development of sales territories.
- Lead by example: provide hands-on, field-oriented guidance exuding energy and passion.
- Manage and report sales results and market dynamics.
- Envision and execute a Leadership Development Plan.
- Oversee the Training Department and play an active role in training activities.

Qualifications
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing Manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years’ of sales leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English Language is a must
