Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking responsibility for leading Internal Audit, Compliance & Standard Operating Procedures, including business process improvements
2. Building new processes, improving existing processes across noon retail, and implementing the changes by providing adequate training.
3. Working on audit reports made by the third-party internal auditor and by noon central audit team. Getting the recommendations implemented across noon retail within the stipulated timelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with majors in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- MBA / CIA / Chartered Accountant or equivalent is preferred
- 3-4 years of experience
- They need to demonstrate specialization in select solutions such as internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate governance, and policy and procedures development
- Strong excel skills and working knowledge of BigQuery.
- Arabic is a must
