Role and Responsibilities:
– Providing the annual sales plan and quarterly plan updates and revision.
– Maintain sales Volume, product mix, and selling price considering supply and demand,
trend changes, economic indicators and competitors activities.
– Business plans implementation and new markets penetration.
– Market intelligence in terms of providing market feedback to Commercial Director
regarding the competitive offerings, market needs and generate product development
ideas.
– Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives.
– KOLs engagement. Building strong partnership with customers to understand their
business needs and objectives.

– Sales Team supervision:
o Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following
up on work results.
o Continuously inspire, motivate and engage the sales team to stay focused on the company’s
goals.
o Manage, train, coach and develop a growing sales team, focusing on sales skills development
and product knowledge training.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from medical university preferable (Science, vet, pharmaceutical, etc.)
- 12+ years of experience in the sales field, 5 of which at a management level.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
- Report preparations, and data analysis, problem solving.
- Managing processes
- Budget setting.
- Leadership skills
- Motivation for Sales, coaching
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Good command of English language
- Computer user (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
