Pelro is a leading subscription and membership management platform with clients all around the world. We work with enterprise clients that are expecting white-glove service yet we also work with companies that rely on our documentation. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy, evaluation, scoping, and release. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. The platform handles billions of requests a month and we expect this to 10x by next year.
Responsibilities
- Constantly improve product documentation to the highest standard
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Meet with clients to train, assist and help them configure the platform
- Meet with clients to gather clear requirements on any feature requests
- Work with senior management to create product plans, roadmaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
- Integrate with analytics tools, suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users
- Supervise critical metrics to understand the impact of experiments and new features launched, conduct root cause analysis on metrics, Drive/Measure OKRs
- Prioritizing our Customers above all by working directly with them as well as our Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to continually represent and improve the product
- Craft comprehensive product plans, which define customer and market requirements, establish the objectives, strategies, and actions needed to achieve our customer’s goals
- Provide market knowledge and how we position our products in a highly competitive marketplace

Qualifications
- Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Web Development
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Passion for understanding customer needs and pairing with data and outstanding design to elegantly resolve problems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom
- Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work under minimal mentorship
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and are comfortable describing related technical concepts and capabilities
- Technical background in software development and program management is preferred
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking skills and Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in analytics, data management, and dashboarding/reporting

- Experience with payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Ayden etc)
