Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

·        Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

·        Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·        Answer questions about products or the company

·        Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

·        Have to fulfill customer’s queries over the phone and maintain email to follow up contacts, sales, and quires.

·        Enter and update customer information in the database

·        Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

·        Contacting potential customers to promote the company’s projects and provide feedback.

·        Receiving and processing purchase orders.

·        Issuing sales transaction invoices.

·        Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.

·        Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

·        Compiling monthly sales reports& quarterly analysis.

·        Expediting orders through internal liaison.

·        Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

·        Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested.

·        Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

·        Help Sales Team in sending out any packages/requested samples from the office.

·        Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

·        Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

·        Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

·        Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

·        Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

·        Learn how to execute trade marketing initiatives and other marketing capabilities in Salesforce to find new customers and drive revenue.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.

·        Contacting potential customers to promote the company’s products and provide feedback.

·         Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

·        Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Job Requirements:

·        A Bachelor of Degree holder.

. Females only.

·        Creative thinking skills.

·        Excellent level of English is a must.

·        The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

·        Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (is a plus)

·        Proven experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

·        Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

·        Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·        Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
