Job Description
Responsible for plan and execute hospital business strategy and Build long term strategic relationships with KOLs to maximize the growth opportunities in hospital channel.
Responsible for implementation of a Hospital business plan and ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy
Achieving sales goals and maximize the market share in the hospital channel
Identify business opportunities within the respective business channel and provide a market intelligence
Cross Functional Collaboration with other key functions e.g., Hospital Key Account Manager, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Supply chain.
Leads a high performing team (hires, train and develop), managing and coaching Hospital specialists and inspire the team to achieve their sales goals
Set & Monitor the KPIs for the Hospital specialist and follow up the implementation.
Improve and closely monitoring business performance

Developing and managing strategic customer alliances and development of long term customer relationship, to achieve key customer satisfaction goals
Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results
Develop in-depth understanding of the market environment and customers, communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies
Identifies top business opportunities or gaps through deep analysis of reports
Creates a diverse and inclusive environment
Minimum Requirements
University degree with medical background
Working experience for at least 4 years in a sales management position
Experience in hospital business management
Experience at national level is a plus
Resident in Greater Cairo.
