Our internal job title at SC Johnson is Associate Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales.
We are looking for an experience finance professional to join our FP&A team. The purpose of this role is to partner with the Sales Managers in Gulf and NAL to drive Net Sales growth, Optimize Trade Spending and increase profitability by close P&L analysis , pre and post promo analysis (ROI) and customer profitability tracking.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead yearly budgeting process for Export markets
Lead monthly S&OP process for Export markets
Lead trade spending (including returns/remnants) optimization with close controls and a structured ROI analysis
Lead month-end closing for trade spending actuals and accruals, in coordination with SSC Customer Finance Team (AR, CAT, Rebates teams), report risks and opportunities to Sales and FP&A manager
Audit: Deliver necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits
Overall Export Markets P&L ownership
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree level education within a finance / accounting discipline
Excellent accounting and finance experience
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management experience. Cross-country experience would be considered extremely desirable.
Ability to implement and enforce internal controls
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines
Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC
Ideally, strong previous experience in an FP&A position
