REMOTE OPPORTUNITY (TO START) IN EGYPT

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and sales targets for the Egyptian market.
  • Responsible for sales of plastic raw materials like PE, PP, PVC and PET
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with business targets.
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties towards the company are carried on timely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor the customers’ outstanding accounts.
  • Maintaining a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
  • Researching markets to identify new opportunities and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand and the products resulting in enhanced productivity and profitability.
  • Responsible for sales of plastic raw materials like PE, PP, PVC and PET.
  • Following up on payments, Letter of Credits and execution of sales orders.
  • Provide weekly market report on customer buying interests and competition activity
  • Travel extensively in Egypt to meet with customers.
  • Develop monthly targets by the customer and product and work closely with Egypt Country Manager.
  • Reports directly to the PVC Product & CEE Regional Manager over Plastics, Tony Merhej.

Required experience, skills, and knowledge:

  • 5-10 or more years of experience in Sales or Business Development type role
  • Proficient in English, and fluent in Arabic.
  • 3-5 years of experience within the Plastics industry.
  • Comfortable with a remote/home based work environment.
  • Experience with local distributor or trader either international or domestic.
  • Flexible to travel locally.
  • Achieving growth and sales targets for designated market(s).
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with business targets.
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties towards the company are carried on timely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor the customers’ outstanding accounts.
  • Maintaining a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
  • Researching markets to identify new opportunities and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand and the products resulting in enhanced productivity and profitability.
