Role Purpose
To enrich Vodafone’s Digital Channels’ (Ana Vodafone Application/Website) experience and ensure the channels become part of our mobile internet customers’ daily lives enabling Vodafone Egypt to join the digital revolution

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Responsible for Ana Vodafone Application/Website strategy and roadmap and accountable for its technical and commercial execution.
Increase customer penetration and engagement among our mobile internet bundle users to reach the shared local market and group targets.
Digitizing segments to mirror ALL existing and new services/price plans/bundles available over IVR and USSD to be available over Digital Channels with a priority to new launches (for both Consumer and Enterprise Segments).
Responsible for targeted campaigns through the application/website that are tailored to customers to improve their engagement and attachment to VF
Responsible for the application/website activations through Social Media platforms, Influencers, VF events, and new product launches

Ability to define goals and turn them into practical plans and achieve targets.
Experience in app and web development.
Project management skills
Negotiation and collaboration skills.
Experience in working on Agile model is a plus
