JOB PURPOSE:
This role holder is responsible to provide branch operational support and ensure that all activities are aligned with SOPs, bank’s standards and regulatory requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor the operational structure (front and back office) in branches and ensure adherence to ORM framework
- Closely monitor customer service and activities in the branches, ensure adherence to SOP’s and analyze efficiency
- Monitor A/C verification , provide guidance when required and raise any alarming findings
- Closely monitor back office activities in the branches, ensure adherence to SOP’s and analyze efficiency
- Review of internal controls, procedures and policies for corrections and enhancement
- Review branch activities by Spot checking and branch visits, defined weakness and deviation and recommend actions for rectification.
- Execute any centralization activities in the branch network
- Review and follow up for branch visits recommendations and ensure that all are implemented on timely manner
- Develop detailed spot-check visits plan to branches and submit periodic reports
- Provide as-is analysis of current functions and develop an improvement plan to enhance operations in the branches
- Review and control FAB applications and System access for all branches.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
- University degree
- Full awareness of banks credit risk policy manuals, CPM and A&OM and CBE regulations, HO and RO guidelines and memos.
- Leadership, Motivating, & negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/presentation/communication skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Problem solver, hard worker, and self-motivating.
- Banking experience.
- Very good language skills.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Experience in banking Audit , Compliance , Governance for Personal banking , Branch Operating module and internal control with minimum 3 years in same position.
