This job position is Entry to Associate level
Responsibilities
Coordinate with BD Head and cross-functional units for new hire orientation activities/logistics related to the scheduling and preparation of new hire materials to deliver an exceptional first-day experience to onboard new Employees and Medical Doctors.
Work closely with BD department to assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of checklists and policies.
Support staff with HR-related issues, including, attendance, vacation, misconduct, compensation, rewards and recognition program.
Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with Egyptian compliance laws.
Ability to work and handle superior communication with different personalities and collar segments 1) Gold collar. 2) white collar. 3) pink collar. 4) blue collar. All with RESPECT

Qualifications
Females Only.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
Additional HR training or experience is a plus (minimum one year).
Fair knowledge of HR policies and systems is acceptable.
Skills
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Familiarity and knowledge of MS Office package. (Test will be provided)
Salary
Based on level of knowledge and experience will be adjusted accordingly.
Working hours: 8.30 hours
