Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Sales Management ecperience; lead a team of Sales Advisors
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques
- Analytical and mathematical capabilities to manage money, as well as set, analyze, and meet sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Job Description:
- Meeting and exceeding the monthly sales targets.
- Developing new business leads with maximized conversion rates.
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors in respective country.
- Collaborating with Head Office to offer a world-class client service during the entire application process (from signing to delivery of citizenship or residency).
- Getting in contact with all provided leads by the company within a timely manner and fill in CRM appropriately.
- Do proper sales follow up in order to maximize sales conversions.
- Assisting clients with making the right considerations by presenting the most suitable solutions.
- Researching, preparing and executing high-impact meetings with potential introducers and clients.
- Representing the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Coordinate with processing team to follow up with clients regarding anything related to their files until the file is completed.
- Attending internal and external meetings as required.
- Representing Company and networking at relevant conferences and events.
