Job Purpose: 

The main purpose of this job is to monitor, control and develop all Customer Care & Logistics operational activities for Egypt market. Jobholder will be responsible for the daily operations including monitoring the invoicing cycle, on-time delivery to Traditional Trade, Modern Trade customers & Case-fill/Order-fill to Trade. Apart from the daily operations, the jobholder shall ensure QID Standards implementation at the SPs will co-pilot a project aiming for improving RTM for selective channels. The jobholder will work closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Factory logistics.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Measure, manage and drive superior customer service levels

Logistics Planning

Supply Management:

Ensure on time fulfilment of requirements for products from the warehouse to the customers

Follow up on the ordering cycle from punching the orders, picking at the warehouse, loading the trucks and delivering to the customers.

Follow up on supply planning team to ensure the availability of products at the right time

Maintain/monitor the contracted WOWs with 3PLs and sales team

Measure service level 

Participate in the yearly physical count at the warehouse.

Managing activities / promotions

Continuous improvement

Education & Professional Qualification

A planning professional with an Engineering or economics degree or Masters in a relevant field such as supply chain management, planning or business management

Certification in APICS, IBF or other supply chain specific programs also preferred

Knowledge/Experience 

–         3-5 year(s) of Supply Chain experience, preferably in FMCG’s

–         SAP (ATLAS) expertise is preferred

–         Fluent English Language Skills (verbal and written)

–         Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

–         Strong track record of developing and executing visions and strategies that clearly measure the performance against defined KPI’s, taking action to address gaps and strive for continuous improvement.

–         Functional capabilities & competencies: Customer Business Development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
