Develops a deep understanding of the macro environment which is leveraged to
build shopper centric Customer plans which drive mutual growth.
This includes an in-depth understanding of external trends, competitor and customers current and future needs.
Leads the Digital Commerce Agenda.
Contribute to leading the wider sales function to success through solid collaboration with other sales leads.
Accountable for the delivery of the operating plan and shaping future targets/plans with full P&L responsibility and
representing the channels in S&OP+ discussions.
Drive the customer agenda, developing strong and influential relationships with key customers focused on
delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement.
Influence key stakeholders, in particular marketing and Supply
to ensure the needs of shoppers, trade partners and customers, are brought into functional strategic plans.

Significant and diverse sales, category and customer experience and demonstrated ability to develop strong and impactful customer relationships and influence customers of all sizes.
Strong track record of developing and executing visions and strategies with the ability to inspire and led a channel team/matrix organisation to deliver results consistently.
Ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a can do attitude. Self-reliant, decisive and resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
People leadership of a cross-functional and remote team(s) with demonstrated ability to build capability, develop talent and engage associates.
Commercially and financially astute with a sound grounding in operational and strategic sales roles and proven business judgement with an understanding of the commercial impact of one’s own decision making.
Experience in areas such as (but not exclusive to): Strategic National Accounts, Customer Marketing, Category Leadership and Supply is beneficial.
