The Commercial Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of Metro stations and customer complaints team. The Commercial Manager organize sales functions to achieve sales targets of assigned stations.

*Ensure seamless day-to-day working of all the assigned stations.
*Recruit, train, manage and develop a team of around 330 employees as zone manager, sales agents, information agents, customer complaints manager and officers
*Conduct customer service audit as per the defined cycles and submitting a report on the same for improving customer experience.
*Assist with the development and creation of initiatives to increase ridership and revenue.
*Provide inputs for business strategy and implementing the same through the sales team.
*Ensure a positive image of the Organization as an efficient and attractive transport provider is projected to customers.
*Guarantee customer reception in accordance with international service quality standards (uniform, reception, identification of agents, etc.)
*Build and implement a team management process on quality of service

Educational Requirements
Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program. Good standing in the state registry is required.
Position Requirements
Our candidate will possess the ability to communicate with patients and nursing staff. Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required.
