The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire Fintech product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape for a Fintech lending platform.
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics.
• Ensuring revenue growth, costs stability, and excellent product pricing.
• Powerful business mentality to expand both our business and customers base.
• Monitor a marketing strategy result.
• Understands SWOT analysis.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Full knowledge of the micro-financing market and Fintech industry.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers for feedback (Improve our services AND to understand our customer’s needs).
• Analyze the company sales performance using the appropriate KPI’s.
• Work with IT teams to devise future plans for our services.
• Prepare competitive analysis each quarter.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance or marketing field, MBA, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Shows leadership skills in relationship building, problem-solving, consensus-building, and audience-oriented communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of the product’s features, pricing, benefits, positioning, design, and promotions.
