Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Can create and articulate an inspiring clear strategic vision for information technology that supports business objectives and can execute on that vision.
- Integrate all Companies IT solutions in one system to create connectivity across the enterprise.
- Develop annual prioritized plan of infrastructure projects and investments and lead team to implement projects effectively and on-time.
- Establish and enhance IT process, strategies, and standards.
- An entrepreneurial using creative approaches to develop new, innovative ideas that will stretch and enhance the organizational business agility.
- Proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the company’s goals and evolving needs.
- Drive digital transformation and business growth through innovation and the implementation of new technologies.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, able to see the bigger picture and take a leading role in M&A activities of scale specially Integrate IT solutions in one system.

Experience
- 10+ years of career experience in technology and development, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
Education:
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
- MBA from one of the top 20 universities worldwide is a very big plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
- Experience in leading an agile development organization.
- Experience in working in a fast paced, high growth organization.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.
- Strong Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization.
