KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Achieves Business Developments operational objectives.
- Read the market trends and Complete strategic Planning for assuring smooth execution.
- Prepare an annual budgets and Objectives, plan for achieving these objectives.
- Excellent in ground-up business building, optimization, growing customer relationships, increasing Clients with high level of delivery.
- Attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
- Coach and develop his team for optimal result.
- Manage various sales phases including: Direct sales, Contract Negations, New Business Development, Ongoing Recruitment, Recruitment Management, Key Account Management, Closing Skills, Etc.
- 360 degree understanding of the Egyptian market dynamics.
- Adept at creating innovative marketing strategies to expand business and develop long lasting partnerships. Adroitly lead teams to not only achieve but competency Development and development of successors.
- Excellent motivation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Effective in utilizing and capitalizing existing resources to enhance productivity.
- Ability to professionally communicate on various levels.
- Planning revenue and manpower budgets and monitoring variance if any.
- Ensure Overall profitability of the assigned business.

Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physician, pharmacist or vet with MBA.
- Strong experience of similar position in a reputable organization for at least 5 years.
- Track record of successful experience in the last positions.
- Meeting Business Developments Goals, Profit & Loss Operation Management at Regional and national Level.
- Contract, Negotiation, Sales & Business Management Skills.
- Hands-on Experience of business in Egyptian Market.
