1) What are the main, ongoing job responsibilities:

As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will serve as the primary contact for clients and will build your business plan via prospecting, networking and referrals via our operations. You will also provide your clients with the highest level of service and support in order to retain their business grow their accounts and gain different shipments.

·       Your specific duties as a Logistics sales Executive will include:

·       Generating new business leads and setting appointments

·       Making sales presentations to prospective clients

·       Negotiating shipping rates with the client and the operations .

·       Managing daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup

·       Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs

·       Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently .

·       Ensuring that all client freight loads are shipped on time .

·       Following up on client shipments.

·       Meeting or exceeding all performance goals .

·       Make monthly meeting with the client have regular shipments .

·       Cover all points for the shipments to avoid any problem maybe happen within handling the shipments .

·       Make a plan to get new clients and achieve monthly target .

1) What are the main, ongoing job responsibilities:

 Receive the rate request from the sales.

 Search the best rates & service with many agents &shipping line based on the term of delivery.

 Provide the sales many option with the rates at least three options, with full quotation (O/F or A/F , P.O.L. , P.O.D. , T.T. , F/T , Vsl. Schedule , S/L or A/L name , EXW /FOB /FCA /CFR Charges atc.).

 Must fight to get the best rates in the market, if there is target rate, not only by study which lower rate has got.

 Receiving the confirmation from the sales to proceed.

 Book the shipment with our agent or S/L, as agreed rate based on vsl. Or flight Date, additional charges if any.

 Make the agreement with our gent about the profit share & payment method &facility .

 Follow up step by step with agents to arrange the loading date, customs clearance docs based on the term of delivery.

 Send update the sales or the client with latest status of the shipments step by step.

 Prepare the draft of AWB, B/L , C/O or EUR1 ,P/L & Comm. Inv. with the agent and send it to sales or client to get the final confirmation .

 Close the docs. Of the shipment with our agent according to the debit note and agreed with him the way of receive it .

 Send the notification to accountant with arrival date of vessel or flight, to arrange with the representative when will receive the AWB. B/L from the A/L or S/L.

 Coordinate with accountant department about the due dates for all debit notes.

 Make the control on our networks, and introduce our co. to all agencies to get the lead shipments from them .

 Review the selling rate with the cost before starting the shipment, reporting if this selling will lead to loss.

 Close all file on system and send it to accountant dept. to issue our invoices.

 Coordinate between the sales, documentation, and accountant dept . to determine the method of delivery the docs. to clients. .

 Make monthly reports to assessing the status of the market, gaining clients, and lost orders with clarify the reasons, no. of requests and no. of orders .

2)Responsibility :

 The operation responsible the rates which provide to the sales.

 All info will provide to the sales.

 Sensor of the margin profit per each file will open.

 Review the cost, and selling.

 Sensor of gain and lost orders.

 Preparing the docs. Per each shipment.

 Date of receipt of docs. For the shipments.

 Close the shipment on time.

 Ask from sales saving the transfer fees. & agent profit. When he offer the client.
