Job Purpose:
Responsible for the implementation of retail banking strategy towards building relationship bulk sourcing, generating new to bank customers through Bank @ Work channel
Key Accountabilities;
Execute the Strategy of B@W According to the retail banking overall Strategy to achieve predefined business goals.
Execute the B@W proposition to build bulk sourcing acquisition channel in line with ADIB target market.
Provides leadership to team members with a strong focus on sales, sales management and service quality.
Looking after soliciting new business relationship, deepening relationships and increasing targeted customer base through the execution of an effective sales process.
Ensure the right implementation of ADIB@Work channel operating policies, procedures, compliance and control
Training and managing ADIB@Work staff so as to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction, and to deliver their targets in a properly manner.
Direct the Account Managers team of ADIB@Work to achieve the Bank qualitative and quantitative objectives
Define Account Manager training needs according to the changing organizational and market needs.
Identify and suggest new market opportunities based on market knowledge
Participate and support his team in their negotiation process with the key customers and ensure service level and covering needs or tailor made offers for all new and existing base.
Hire and manage, develop and motivate direct reports
Ensure proper reporting to the team daily, monthly and annual activities
Coordinate with all bank channels to support A@W in negotiation process, signing all needed documents and after sales service to all A@W customers.
Make sure of proper achievement to all given KPI’s and the product mix as well as per bank direction
And any other assigned tasks.

Job Specs;
Minimum Qualifications:
- University/College Degree.
- 9+ Years of experience out of which 4 of them with a sales background in a multinational or regional bank.

- Excellent command of English language.
- Superior communication, presenting, analytical skills
- Highly effective negotiation skills.
- Highly emotional intelligent.
