Position: Commission-Based Professional Services Sales Specialist [Retail & FMCG]
Description
- Responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline to closure.
- Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
Scope and Impact
- New leads generation, not existing customers.
- Significant percentage of time spent directly with customer; interfaces with all levels, including the highest within customer organization.
- Typically works based on a monthly quota and payment is commission-based only, no allowance or fixed salary.
Education And Experience Required Qualification
- University Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of software solutions/professional services’ sales experience mainly within the Retail industry & FMCGs
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota.
- Extensive selling experience
- Fluent English

Knowledge And Skills Required
- Previous experience in selling professional services is a must.
- Is considered an expert in knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings to be able to sell large solutions.
- Understands the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated, and integrates this knowledge into consultative selling.
- Understands the role of Business Analysis in delivering value to organizations.
- Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.
- Demonstrates strong ability to initiate and drive sales – prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Deep knowledge of products, solution, or service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings.
Working Model
- Monthly Target $25,000
- Commission Percentage 5% [Prorated to achievement percentage]
- Commission Payment is back-to-back in accordance with contractual terms closed.
- Achievers for six consecutive months will be hired for one year with a fixed salary, subject to renewal annually.
